We’ve seen a lot of tattoo designs, so when we say it’s rare to come across a tattoo as amazing as this, we mean it.
This tattoo looks more like an oil painting than a tattoo with brush strokes of color and value that make up the image of a woman, which is unlike most outlined tattoos.
